Chocolate and berry cakes à la Malax Loaf

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sliced Malax Loaf
  • Chocolate mousse or chocolate-flavoured spread (e.g. Philadelphia Marabou or Nutella)
  • berries, nuts or desiccated coconut to decorate

Cut a slice of Malax Loaf into e.g. 4 pieces and spread some chocolate mousse on top.
Decorate with e.g. berries, nuts or desiccated coconut.
You can cut the Malax Loaf slices into different shapes using cookie cutters, for example.
