Soak the slices of Malax Loaf in the cream and milk for approx. 2 hours.
Drain the mixture through a sieve.
Set aside the soaked bread.
Add the sugar and vanilla pod to the cream and milk mixture.
Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
Gently heat the cream and milk mixture, stirring constantly. Do not allow to boil.
Add the soaked gelatine leaves and allow to cool.
Put berries and soaked bread in a glass and carefully pour cream and milk mixture over them.
Wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for approx. 3 hours.
