Cut the apples into cubes, about the size of your finger-tips.
Cut each slice of Malax Loaf into ten pieces.
Roast sugar in a pot until golden brown, add apple cubes and butter.
Continue roasting until the apples start to crumble. Then add the bread cubes.
Season with cinnamon and put the warm compote in ceramic serving bowls.
Garnish with fudge sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
