Crayfish sandwiches


  • 4 slices of Malax Loaf
  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • Approx. 100 g prawns in brine
  • Approx. 100 g European crayfish tails in brine
  • Approx. 100 g salmon roe
  • Dill and rocket sprouts (optional)
  • Gourmet salt (shavings) and pepper

Arrange layers of mayonnaise, prawns and crayfish on the Malax Loaf slices and add the roe on top.
Garnish with dill and rocket sprouts (optional).
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Serve with sparkling wine or good white wine.
