Smoked salmon and goat cheese burgers

  • 150 g hot-smoked salmon
  • 150 g Malax Loaf
  • 150 g soft goat cheese
  • dill
  • freshly-ground black pepper
  • juice of ½ lemon

Smoked salmon and goat cheese burgers with Malax Loaf

Grind the Malax Loaf into crumbs in a blender.

Mix the smoked salmon, Malax Loaf crumbs and goat cheese
by hand into a coarse mixture.

Add the chopped dill and season with lemon juice and black pepper.

Form into burgers and fry in butter or oil until golden brown.
Warm gently in the oven before serving.

Serve the burgers with mashed potato.
