Toast Panike


  • 300 g rawpickled whitefish
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 dl  crème frâiche
  • Dill
  • White pepper
  • Malax Loaf

Clean the rawpickled whitefish and cut it into small pieces.
Chop the onion and the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients in the whipped cream.
Place a large amount of mixture on slices of Malax Loaf.
Can be served as an hors d’oeuvre for example, as an evening snack or as a savoury accompaniment to coffee.
