Malax loaf with gratined goat cheese


  • Goat cheese
  • Honey
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Malax Loaf

Preheat oven to 250 celsius. Place a 1.5cm thick layer of goat cheese on a slice of Malax Loaf. Bake on the high shelf of the oven until cheese has nice golden brown colour, i.e. 5-7 min. Pur some amount of honey on thop, sprinkle some balsamic vinegar and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

An excellent hors d’oeuvre.
